An amazing place on the Reykjanes peninsula : the Blue Lagoon.
The water, rich in in minerals like silica and sulfur, have this color I've never seen anywhere else. The contrast between the apocalyptic sunset sky, the water and this huge lava boulder was unbelievable.

I had to fav this to add to my collection of where I've been in Iceland and Xavier has photographed. It's so gorgeous and yet your photography makes it yet more gorgeous still. The colours really are stunning.
