Trovo che questa foto sappia suscitare, o per lo meno a me sappia suscitare, un senso di disperata pace, di una tranquillità a prezzo di grandi sacrifici, là dove il nero della terra contrasta con il verde acido della montagna, non completamente viva, non gioiosa, pur incoronata nella sua luce.

(P.S.: non mi dispiacerebbe, se possibile, per apprezzarla meglio, una versione aggiornata di questa foto con una maggiore risoluzione e di migliore qualità, giacché il terrreno in primo piano è ben poco definito.)

I think this photo can inspire, or at least it can inspire to me, a feeling of hopeless peace, a tranquility earned at the price of great sacrifices, where the black of the earth contrasts with the acid green of the mountain, that is not full of life, not joyfull, although crowned by light.

(P.S.: I don't dislike, if possible, for enjoy it better, a newer version of this photo with a bigger resolution and a better quality, since the earth in the foreground is too less definite.)
